At NAMQ, we want you to be happy with every piece you order. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused and in its original condition;
- undamaged;
- returned with its original accessories or components, where applicable; and
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@namq.store with your order number and details of the item.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and applicable return address.
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@namq.store as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue where possible.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund. NAMQ will cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs where required.
Handmade & Natural Products
Many NAMQ products are handmade or made using natural materials.
Small variations in color, texture, wood grain, pattern, dimensions, or finish may occur from one piece to another. These natural or handmade variations are part of the character of each piece and are not necessarily considered defects.
If you believe your item has an actual defect or significant damage, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
Where permitted by applicable law, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- custom-made or personalized products;
- products made or modified specifically according to your request;
- gift cards, if offered; and
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at support@namq.store as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet entered preparation or shipping, we will try to cancel it.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an available refund method.
Shipping costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law, except in cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming items.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct.
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, repeated inability to contact the recipient, or refusal of delivery without a valid reason, additional shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
This does not apply when an order is refused because the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order.
Consumer Rights
This policy applies to NAMQ orders in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and operates alongside the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in each country.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law. Where local law provides greater rights or protections, those legal requirements will apply.
