Yes. Every NAMQ piece is handcrafted especially for you after your order is confirmed. Our products are made to order, allowing us to give each piece the care and attention it deserves.
How long does production take?
Production time varies depending on the product, as every NAMQ piece is handcrafted to order. You can find the estimated production time on each product page. Once your piece is ready, we carefully package it and prepare it for shipping.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping fees within Egypt vary by governorate, starting from EGP 120. Free shipping is available on eligible orders of EGP 2,000 or more.
Estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days for most governorates and 5–8 business days for the North Coast, Sinai, and New Valley.
Since all NAMQ products are made to order, delivery times begin after production is complete. You can check the estimated shipping fee in your cart by selecting your governorate. Final shipping details are confirmed at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes! Cash on delivery is available for orders within Egypt. You can also choose online payment when available at checkout.

For customers in Saudi Arabia, orders are placed through WhatsApp, where payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed with our team.
